Karland has an MBA and a medical background as a veterinary surgeon. With over sixteen years’ commercial experience in healthcare & lifesciences, she has a wealth of expertise, having gained insights from both client, consulting and clinical perspectives. Karland has worked in-house with Merck & Co (MSD) pharma, and as a consultant advising on commercial strategies in life sciences and other sectors.

She specialises in personalised healthcare solutions and developing pragmatic, scalable growth strategies.
