SC Group creates the new consulting company SC Transactions AG for end-to-end M&A support and appoints Dr. Beatrice Vos as a managing director of SC Transactions

• The new company will be a part of the SC Group and will be lead by Dr. Beatrice Vos as managing director of SC Transactions.

SC Group is creating a new pillar in its life sciences consulting offering, SC Transactions, focused on end-to-end commercial, financial and legal advice in M&A and other transactions, such as in-licensing and out-licensing, distribution deals and royalty-based transfer of intellectual property. 

Dr. Beatrice Vos will be leading the company as managing director. Beatrice studied law in Germany and in the US and holds a PhD in corporate law from the University of Cologne, Germany, and an LL.M. from NYU Law School, USA. She brings 20+ years of experience in M&A and other corporate transactions as attorney at law firms Freshfields and Allen & Overy and as VP Legal International at Elanco and previously Eli Lilly and Company.

The addition of SC Transactions combined with deep animal health industry expertise complements SC Group’s overall service portfolio in strategy and commercial consulting and adds customer value for life-science and private equity investor clients.
