Ralph joined Stonehaven Consulting as Partner in April 2022

He holds a PhD in agricultural economics and has more than 25 years of international executive experience in animal and human health industries, building, growing and integrating complex multinational commercial organizations. He started his career 1994 in Pfizer as Key Account Manager followed by a Senior Product Management role for livestock vaccines at Boehringer Ingelheim and Head of Marketing & Sales for Medical Nutrition at Novartis Consumer Health in Germany. Between 2003 and 2009 he led the Novartis Animal Health Division as General Manager in Central Europe with outstanding and industry leading growth. From 2009 to 2014 he took roles of increasing responsibility as General Manager in Australia/New Zealand, Global Head of Sales Excellence and as Region Head for Novartis Animal Health in Europe. 2015 Ralph was appointed as Vice President Asia Pacific for Elanco being responsible for the P&L of all commercial units in the region including China, India and Japan with a focus of integrating Lohmann and Novartis Animal Health into Elanco. In 2017 he managed the EMEA region for Elanco. Most recently he was responsible as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Elanco International and as Vice President Global Commercial Integration covering ~2.000 employees of Bayer Animal Health integrated into Elanco.               

Ralph has a proven track record in commercial operations including sales force optimization, sales & marketing strategies and complex commercial integrations. He will lead the expansion of Stonehaven Consulting's offering in the areas of commercial excellence & operations.
