Annamaria Carusi (PhD) consults on the social dimensions of science and innovation, especially focusing on how to ensure that the biosciences reach implementation in decision-making, policy or innovation.

She has worked on acceptance and trust in new technologies and methodologies in chemicals risk assessment, in computational medicine, and medical imaging. Previously she was at the University of Sheffield, where she concentrated on understanding how technologies mediate medical and life sciences.
